Inner Lotus Bloom

Embodied presence.
Heartful power.

About
Nelly
I am Nelly — a power-conscious somatic facilitator and faculty member at the Right Use of Power Institute, dedicated to wholehearted ethical support.
Trained in Internal Family Systems (IFS Level 2), Hakomi (Certified Hakomi Practitioner), and the Right Use of Power™ approach, I help individuals deepen self-awareness, release limiting beliefs, and cultivate balance in their lives, along with confidence in the ethical use of power.
I collaborate with people from diverse backgrounds — including professionals, leaders, and communities — to develop a wise and compassionate relationship with power through experiential learning, facilitation, and training that foster trust, skillfulness, and integrity.
Shaped by multicultural experiences, I work primarily in English, French, and Spanish, and am also fluent in Italian and Portuguese — bringing sensitivity to the nuances of language and culture in my practice.
I provide a grounded, welcoming space for clarity, integration, and authentic connection — nurturing right relationship with oneself and others.
My approach weaves presence, embodied wisdom, and attunement — gently supporting each person's unique unfolding, like the quiet bloom of an inner lotus.

01.
A space to turn toward your experience, attune to the wisdom of your body and mind, cultivate greater clarity, resilience, and well-being, or explore your relationship with power in your personal, relational, or professional life.
Individual sessions offer support in times of emotional overwhelm, grief, inner conflict, relationship challenges, life transitions, and questions related to power.
Drawing from Internal Family Systems (IFS), Hakomi, and the Right Use of Power™ approach, I accompany your process with a mindful, embodied presence, drawing on one approach or weaving them together according to your needs.
This process supports greater self-understanding, emotional resilience, meaningful connection, and a more conscious and responsible relationship with power.
02.
The Right Use of Power™ approach invites us to cultivate awareness, wisdom, compassion, and skill in how we relate to and use our influence.
As a faculty member at the Right Use of Power Institute, I offer group trainings that bring this embodied, relational, and ethical framework into action.
These experiential trainings provide a reflective space to explore how we can engage with power in ways that nurture well-being, integrity, and right relationship for the common good.
If you feel called to explore this work, you’re warmly invited to join an upcoming training or reach out to bring a Right Use of Power™ program to your organization or community.
